The scope of work for this project will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:

• Assistance in the identification of project funding sources and assistance in the completion of funding applications;
• Geo-technical services;
• Design of projects;
• Including:
  1. Site Grading
  2. Storm Water Detention Systems
  3. Utility Design including Water, Sewer, Electric, Telephone and Cable
  4. Roadway Design
  5. Permits
• Preparation of bidding and contract documents;
• Obtaining easements and other property if necessary;
• Survey, construction administration and inspection;
• Coordination with existing projects being pursued by the Authority; and,
• Any other services that may be required.
