The scope of work for this project will include, but not necessarily be limited to, the following:
- Assistance in the identification of project funding sources and assistance in the completion of funding applications;
- Geo-technical services;
- Design of projects;
- Including:
- Site Grading
- Storm Water Detention Systems
- Utility Design including Water, Sewer, Electric, Telephone and Cable
- Roadway Design
- Permits
- Preparation of bidding and contract documents;
- Obtaining easements and other property if necessary;
- Survey, construction administration and inspection;
- Coordination with existing projects being pursued by the Authority; and,
- Any other services that may be required.
