E.L. Robinson recently completed the line grade, and typical and preliminary drainage plans for this project, which involves the major rehabilitation of 6.6 miles of Interstate Route 90 in Ashtabula County, Ohio.
The study includes a full depth pavement removal and replacement, the rehabilitation of 12 bridges, complete sign replacement, and mainline profile revisions under each overhead bridge.
The project also involves a hybrid contra/traditional crossover maintenance of traffic scheme
