Union Rome Telemetry Replacement |
The Union Rome Sewer District under the direction of the Lawrence County Board of Commissioners commissioned a project to replace their outdated and non functioning SCADA system for 13 of their primary sewage pump stations. The project was expanded to include treatment plant communications to observe flow, actuated valves, rain gage, turbidity and several other functions of the facility.
The project included the replacement of all pumping controls in these pump stations, replacement of level indicator floats with pressure transducers and two- way communications with remote monitoring and alarm call out features.
