Union Rome Collection System Modeling |
The Lawrence County Board of Commissioners commissioned a study to model the existing collection system for the Union Rome Sewer district. The project primary purpose was to determine areas of excess capacity to encourage economic development in the Rome Township area.
The project consisted of mapping the entire collection system from as-built drawings, flow monitoring utilizing information from the new SCADA system and modeling the system based on projected flows and rainfall events.
