Weirton Veterans Memorial |
E.L. Robinson was retained by the Brooke County Commission and the Veterans Memorial Board, Inc., to improve and expand the existing Veterans Memorial at the entrance to downtown Weirton. The project included the beautification and landscaping of the Brooke-Hancock Veterans Memorial Gateway. Project elements included the construction of pedestrian walkways, installation of site lighting, installation of park benches, planters, and associated grading.
