Hunters Run Equestrian Park |
E.L. Robinson provided concept planning and design services for a beautiful partially wooded and gently rolling open plain 97+ acre tract of undeveloped land located near Proctorville, Ohio. Part of an original larger farmland tract, the Developer wanted to keep the farmland character by creating a residential subdivision inside an equestrian park.
Happy trails will be realized by all when this 60-unit single family detached housing subdivision is developed entirely within the trails, stables and rinks of its expansive equestrian center. Amenities of the development include an indoor riding rink, two outdoor rinks, five 2-acre paddocks, two barn stables, a greenway riding trail around the entire properties, a cross-country riding course, RV campground with full hookups accommodating 50 campers, outdoor amphitheater, a pond, green space / children’s playground area, and 4-board traditional white rail fencing throughout the area.
