Robinson Engineering Co. was contracted by the Logan County Development Authority to provide project planning and site design including storm water drainage; preparation of bid/contract documents; participation in the solicitation and evaluation of bids received; construction administration and inspection; assistance with easement/property acquisition; surveying and mapping; preparation of all necessary permit applications for the Earl Ray Tomblin Industrial Park located in Logan County, West Virginia. The development includes 52 acres of land and is located near the Southwest Regional Jail and US 119 Corridor G.
