Mr. Windau is responsible for coordinating work as the Business Manager for E. L. Robinson Engineering Co. in Ohio for the past five years. As a Project Manager for ELR, his responsibility is to establish additional Qualified Design Teams staffed with highly qualified personnel, assure on schedule design plans and facilitate complete customer satisfaction.

Mr. Windau skills are in the areas of Project Management, Quality Control, Time Management, Business Plan Development and Accountability.

Mr. Windau has a B.S. degree in Civil Engineering from the University of Toledo and is a certified Financial Planner. He is also a member of the International Association for Financial Planning and Engineers Club of Columbus.
