Mr. Rayburn is the Manager of Surveying/GPS for E.L. Robinson Engineering Co. and is based out of the Charleston, West Virginia and Chapmanville, West Virginia offices. He is in charge of all surveying activities, including business management, invoicing, estimating for new projects, day to day survey project scheduling and business development.

Under this management, the Surveying Department consists of a staff of highly-trained professionals that provide quality surveying services to both the public and private sectors.
