Over the past three years and based in Charleston, West Virginia, Mr. Coberly has managed projects with E. L. Robinson which have involved site development, infrastructure planning, water, sewer, geotechnical analysis, abandoned mine reclamation projects, active surface mining projects, insurance investigations and various post mining land use projects.
Mr. Coberly has been an experienced Engineer for the West Virginia Department of Environmental Protection, Abandoned Mine Lands Division (AML). With over 18 years of experience in AML, Mr. Coberly has worked throughout the state of West Virginia as a Construction Administrator, Design Administrator, and District Engineer. Mr. Coberly has participated in the design of over 100 AML projects. Mr. Coberly has been Project Manager/Engineer on various grant and emergency AML projects
Mr. Coberly has a B.S. and M.S. Engineering of Mines degree from West Virginia University and is a registered Professional Engineer and Professional Surveyor in West Virginia. |
