Mr. Cart has served as Project Engineer on numerous geotechnical investigations over the years in the Charleston, West Virginia office. He has designed numerous waterline extensions and sewer collection systems and has served as a project engineer on several major waste water treatment plant upgrades for industrial clients in the Kanawha Valley.
Mr. Cart has performed over 100 Abandoned Mine Land Reclamations projects throughout Appalachia. He has also recently been involved in the design of a 100 acre Industrial Site and 8 acre Industrial/Commercial Site in Mingo County, West Virginia.
Mr. Cart has a B.S. Civil Engineering degree from West Virginia University and is a registered Professional Engineer in West Virginia and Ohio and a Professional Surveyor in West Virginia. He is also a member of American Society of Civil Engineers (ASCE). Mr. Cart has over 24 years of experience in providing consulting engineering services. |
