Mr. Cade is a Transportation and Environmental Engineer located in Ironton, Ohio, specializing in highway drainage design, water treatment and distribution and wastewater treatment and collection. He was Director of Special Projects of the Ironton-Lawrence County Community Action Organization (CAO) prior to joining CT Consultants in 2002 and starting Century Engineering on a fulltime basis in 2003 where he managed Lawrence County's water, sanitary sewer, storm sewer, building and planning projects. Mr. Cade has been with E.L. Robinson Engineering Co. for two years.

Mr. Cade has a B.S. Civil Engineering degree with an emphasis in transportation, remote sensing and surveying from Ohio State University. He is also a registered Professional Engineering in Ohio, West Virginia and Kentucky, as well as a registered Professional Surveyor in Ohio.
