Mr. Barna is serving as Director of Transportation for E.L. Robinson Engineering Co.'s Dublin, Ohio office. He has many years of experience in design and has been responsible for project administration, management and all aspects of design and real estate acquisition. Mr. Barna has extensive knowledge in roadway and hydraulic design and he was a team member in developing ODOT's Jobs and Progress Milestone and Cost Estimation Templates.
