Mr. Ahmad is an experienced engineering manager and design engineer. He has been involved with bridge design and rehabilitation projects for the West Virginia Division of Highways and Ohio Department of Transportations in West Virginia and Ohio. As a manager of design projects for E.L. Robinson Engineering Co., he develops design processes/methodology and supervises all phases of the design.

Mr. Ahmad's experience as an engineer encompasses structural, geotechnical, bridge hydraulics and computer modeling of engineering applications and development. Mr. Ahmad has been with E.L. Robinson Engineering Co. for ten years and is based out of Charleston, West Virginia.

He is a registered Professional Engineer in West Virginia, Virginia, Ohio, and Delaware, as well as a registered Professional Surveyor in West Virginia. He is also a member of the American Society of Civil Engineers - Structural Engineering Institute (SEI), and the National Society of Professional Engineers.
